FREE Cake!
Two delightful girls pulling a wheeled cooler rang our doorbell and offered us whatever was in the cooler, if I could answer one question. My thought was, "Why not?"

This was on Tuesday: Wednesday we served this gorgeous cake to a surprised Kay and the whole Salem Stake Institute class. I had previously baked brownies (fudge and gluten-free), planning to serve those along with ice cream.
Needless to say, the CAKE was the real hit and we had a fun party!
PS. Thursday was another family birthday, so we had another party with the much appreciated and delicious cake.
The strawberry cake was moist and flavorful, the white and chocolate ganache were decadently good.
